Invitation to IAPA Annual General Meeting 2018, March 18, Seville
We are pleased to invite you to attend the 24th International Au Pair Association (IAPA) Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held during WETM-IAC 2018 in Seville.
Date: Sunday, 18 March 2018
Time: 11:20 – 13:00
Venue: Room Marbella, NH Collection Hotel, Avenida Diego Martinez Barrio, 8, 41013, Seville, Spain
During the AGM we will be presenting our activities over the last year and looking at the plans for 2018.
In addition, the 2017 audited annual accounts and 2018 budget will be presented and the ratification of new members will take place.
It is important that you are there to hear about the work we are doing on your behalf, have your say and directly contribute to our future direction.
Therefore, we ask you to make sure to block the time slots for the AGM in MARCOM
Please note that if you only wish to attend the AGM, you do not need to register for WETM-IAC.

IAPA Board Elections
During this year’s AGM the assembled membership will again have the opportunity to elect two board members to represent the au pair industry on the IAPA Executive Board.
This year we invite nominations/candidacy for the following board positions:
- Treasurer – term: 2018 – 2021 (three-year term)
- Board Member – term: 2018 – 2021 (three-year term)
with all candidates from Full IAPA member organisations (Voting and Non-Voting) eligible to submit their candidacy.

If you are interested in running for any of these two positions please read about the application process here, fill in the Declaration of Candidacy Form 2018 and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org until March 1.

Proxy vote for 2018 AGM
If you are a Full Voting member of IAPA, but you are unable to be present at the AGM, please make sure that
another attending Full Voting member can vote on behalf of your organisation.
Each Full Voting member has one vote that can be assigned to another full member by means of a proxy vote; each member can only be assigned one proxy vote,
To assign your vote to another organisation, please notify the member taking your vote and complete your proxy form.
