In a time of rapid change, the au pair business is also evolving and it may have to soon face new demands in the market as well as the ever increasing use of technology which might lead the industry to a drastic change.
This panel session focussed on the ongoing changes throughout the different countries and how they might impact the business and what possible positive and negative effects might be.
With the participants coming from different experiences, sender and receiver organisations, small and large organisations from around the globe the session represented a global outlook on changes in the industry.
