IAPA Welcomes new Chinese Affiliate Member Tofriend Exchange

tofriend Exchange China belongs to the RayingArt (Guang Yi) Culture exchange company which is a legitimate culture exchange program and placement provider in Shanghai, China.

Founded in 2012, tofriend has two offices in Shanghai, East China and Wuhan, Central China. tofriend  Exchange owns a Mandarin school in Central China, thus enabling the organization to offer  high quality language teaching  combined with safe au pairing in China.
