Henan Aupair Culture Communication joins IAPA as Full Voting member

IAPA welcomes Henan Aupair Culture Communication as the first new Full Voting Member in 2016.

Henan Aupair Culture Communication Co., Ltd. is a company which has been active in the au pair industry since 2011. Their business scope currently mainly involves sending au pairs to the USA.

Henan also has a cooperation with an orphanage named Swallow’s Nest ran by an American. By means of working in this orphanage, au pairs will develop the spirit of love, responsibility and enduring hardships on the basis of owning the childcare experience.

Henan will conduct a intensive bilingual interview first and make an evaluation and advice based on the students’ level of English, characteristics, interests and special skills. Additionally the candidate will be trained on all aspects within the au pair programme: from project selection, application, matching skills, foreign language skills, childcare experience, driving, to cultural shock, preparation before going abroad and the visa interview. Through this series of training, au pairs will be more confident and professional to begin their au pair life.
