IAPA Au Pair of the Year Award 2021- meet the nominees

In previous years we only presented the finalists and the winner of our award. But this year we would like to give you a glance at all the wonderful young people whose host families recommended them to win the award.

Many of these au pairs were true lifesavers for their host families during the difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organising home office, homeschooling, lockdowns as well as coping will the changes and fears the new situation brought with it was a big challenge for families and au pairs alike.

We will soon present to you our finalists and you will learn who won the award on 18 May.

The au pairs in our video stand for so many other young people who we don’t see here but mean the world to their host kids and families. 

We would like to thank all host families, agencies, the jury and – of course – au pairs who participated in this year’s award challenge.
