IAPA Membership Application

  • Please provide two current IAPA full members (voting or non voting) as a reference for your application

  • I am authorised to complete this application form on behalf of the applying organisation.
  • I have read and understand the applicable Constitutions, Rules and Regulations and Codes of Conduct of IAPA and hereby agree that my organisation will abide by the terms of these documents should our application for membership be approved
  • I understand that I am joining an association with certain commitments such as ongoing annual membership. I understand that cancellation of my membership needs to be done in writing 3 months before the end of the membership year (i.e. by 30 September).
  • I am aware that besides payment of the membership fee, in order for my membership application to be processed I have to provide IAPA with a copy of my organisation's registration documents within three months of application.
  • I am aware that besides payment of the membership fee, in order for my membership application to be processed I have to provide IAPA with a copy of my organisation's most recent audited annual accounts within three months of application.
  • I understand that should I fail to provide all supporting documentation my membership fee is nonrefundable. I confirm that my organisation has been in operation for over two years (or one year if applying for Affiliate Membership) and I understand that should this not be the case my membership fee is non-refundable.
  • I am aware that in order to successfully submit my membership application I have to pay a € 250 non refundable deposit fee which will be deducted from my annual membership fee.
  • I am aware that online au pair matching platforms are not eligible for membership with IAPA.
