IAPA Membership Application

  • Note this description will be used on our website to describe your organization.
  • Please provide two contacts of current IAPA full members (voting or non-voting) as a reference for your application

  • I am authorized to complete this application form on behalf of the applying organization and to pass on the personal data of all named contact persons for the above-mentioned use to IAPA.
  • I have read and understand the applicable Constitutions, Rules and Regulations and Codes of Conduct of IAPA and hereby agree that my organization will abide by the terms of these documents should our application for membership be approved.
  • Our organization supports IAPA´s objectives to promote cooperation between au pair agencies, to grow safety for au pairs and host families through e.g. thorough screening and ongoing support for participants in the programme as described in the Codes of Conduct and Constitution. Our organization will be willing to follow the quality guidelines of IAPA and agrees to support the programme and the association worldwide through our professional, fair, correct and ethical behavior.
  • We understand that joining IAPA comes with certain commitments such as paying the membership fee. The IAPA membership is annual and automatically renews every year. To resign a written resignation has to be sent to the IAPA office 3 months before the end of the year (e.g. by September 30).
  • We are aware that besides payment of the membership fee, in order for our membership application to be processed we have to provide IAPA with a copy of our organization's registration documents within three months of application.
  • We are aware that besides payment of the membership fee, in order for our membership application to be processed we have to provide IAPA with a copy of our organization's most recent audited annual accounts within three months of application.
  • I confirm that our organization has been in operation for over two years (or one year if applying for Affiliate Membership) and I understand that should this not be the case or should we not be able to supply IAPA with the required documents and references my application may not be accepted.
  • We are aware that in order to successfully submit our organization´s membership application we have to pay a € 150,- non-refundable application fee.
  • I have read and understood the data protection policy of IAPA. I agree to the use of my personal data for the application process as well as membership administration.
