IAPA welcomes first Vietnamese full member Aupair Vietnam

We are very pleased to welcome our latest full member Au Par Vietnam.

AUPAIR VIETNAM is the first and the most developed organisation in the field of cultural exchange programmes in Vietnam since 2005.

The organization is very proud of having sent over 1,000 Vietnamese Au Pairs to countries such as the USA, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Aupair Vietnam´s headquarter is in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam but they also have representative offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong with over 40 staff work. Moreover, Aupair Vietnam has been connecting with over twenty professional partners worldwide, which are also the members of IAPA. Their key staff are highly qualified and more importantly, they understand the host country’s culture and its language very well. Founder, Managers and Teachers have all been former Au Pairs in the above countries. Therefore, they are able to work with partners internationally effectively.

The focus of Aupair Vietnam is on quality. Their Au Pairs have a lot of previous childcare experience, good command of language skills, and a sincere interest in living with a foreign host family. Aupair Vietnam helps  Au Pairs to develop more specialised skills in caring for infants or families with several  children by offering training courses in Childcare Theory and Internship, First Aid, Country Studies, Fine Dining Etiquette, Swimming, and Driving Courses. Therefore, Aupair Vietnam is very confident that their Au Pairs are highly qualified and have all necessary skills in order to meet all strict requirements and expectations of foreign partners and host families.
