| Playschool Au Pairs takes an innovative approach to ensuring both the families child care needs are met by the right Au Pair, while ensuring each Au pair is placed with a loving family. Playschool Au Pairs completes a two part matching process by firstly using personality testing to ensure a positive personality match between family and Au Pair. Secondly we have experienced and ECE Qualified Teachers conduct a full assessment of all hosting families. We meet with each family to gain understanding of their needs, provide training and documentation to assist with the placement process and undertake a full assessment of the home to ensure that each potential Au Pair candidate will be comfortable and safe in her new home. Our Au Pair candidates are both reference checked and police vetted in their country of origin and must meet our childcare experience requirements. Playschool Au Pairs offers extensive follow up support utilising our successful education programme, which has been in operation for 3 years. Monthly educational visits with both children and Au Pair assist each Au Pair in their role as an educator. Teamed with fortnightly outings, free educational resources and more, we really do enhance the cultural exchange experience. |
