Welcome Full Non-Voting Member Au Pair Union, China

We are happy to welcome Au Pair Union from China as the newest full non-voting member of IAPA International Au Pair Association!

Au Pair Union offers young Chinese women and men the opportunity to gain international experience by helping families in need of childcare support. With a thorough selection process that takes into account each candidate’s language level, background, and overall ability, Au Pair Union ensures that only the most suitable candidates are chosen for each program. Additionally, the organization provides offline training to mentally prepare all au pairs for their new journey with their host families.
