The organization which is located in the Munich area was established in 1996 by Mrs Susanne Caudera-Preil and has successfully placed around 8000 au pairs over the past years. Their mission is to provide a high quality, personalized service to both – our au pairs and host families.

AbroadConnection understands, and has a great deal of insight into, various cultural exchange programs.

The organization is also founding member of Au Pair Society e.V., the German Au Pair Agencies Association, and is RAL certified by the Guetegemeinschaft AuPair e.V. .
