Invitation to the IAPA Annual General Meeting – Sunday, 17 March 2019 in Luxembourg

We are pleased to invite all our members to attend the

25th International Au Pair Association (IAPA) Annual General2019 Meeting (AGM), which will be held during WETM-IAC2019 in Luxembourg.

Date:   Sunday, March 17, 2019

Time:   11:20 – 13:00

Venue:  Alvisse Parc Hotel, Room Wiltz/Vianden

120 Route d’Echternach I 1453 Luxembourg

During the AGM we will be presenting our activities over the last year and looking at the plans for 2019/20.

In addition, the 2018 audited annual accounts and 2019 budget will be presented and the ratification of new members will take place.

The AGM is open to all members and forms an essential part of your membership.

It is important that you are there to hear about the work we are doing on your behalf, have your say and directly contribute to our future direction.

Please note that if you only wish to attend the AGM, you do not need to register for WETM-IAC. In that case please contact our Managing Director to make sure you can enter the venue for the AGM.


Executive Board Elections 

During our AGM, the assembled membership will be electing two new board members

–       the Chair and a

–       general Executive Board member.

Full IAPA members are eligible for a seat on the IAPA Executive Board.

Proxy Vote 

If you are a Full Voting member of IAPA, but you are unable to be present at the AGM, please make sure that another attending Full Voting member can vote on behalf of your organisation.

Each Full Voting member has one vote that can be assigned to another full member by means of a proxy vote; each member can only be assigned one proxy vote, To assign your vote to another organisation, please notify the member taking your vote and complete your proxy form. If you are not sure who to assign your vote to, contact our Managing Director Patricia Brunner.

A printout of the annual report 2018 will be provided during the meeting. Financial Annual Accounts 2018 and Budget 2019 will be presented at the AGM. All Documents will be uploaded on the Website as soon as possible.
