The Winner´s Prize
The winner of the 2024 IAPA Au Pair of the Year Award will travel to Kraków (Poland) where the award will be presented at the Work Experience Travel Market and IAPA Annual Conference (WETM-IAC), taking place 16-18 March, 2024. Travel and accommodation in the conference hotel will be covered by IAPA.
Video-Only: Capture Your Experience in Visual Stories!
This year’s contest is video-only! Based on the success of last year’s creative videos, we’re excited to focus on visual storytelling for the au pair experience. Au pairs can submit their own videos, not just those nominated by families.
Please note: Any entries must be submitted to the placing IAPA member agency or sponsor. We can´t accept direct applications from au pairs, host families, or sending agencies. Agencies can submit a maximum of two entries, so they need to precheck and decide whom to nominate. Let’s highlight the unique cultural exchange through au pairs’ perspectives
